DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
Domestic Shipping Regions
We offer shipping to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as all U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping Rates

A flat shipping rate of $4.95 applies to all U.S. orders.

Free shipping is provided for all orders over $75.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Carriers

We utilize several shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

The choice of carrier is at the discretion of Nemat International, Inc based on the shipping address provided and the size/weight of the order.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days of shipment.
Damages & Lost Packages

Nemat International, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team for assistance to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
Product Shipping Restrictions
The Eau De Parfum collection is not available for international shipping (Excluding Canada) due to regulatory and logistical constraints. Orders placed for this collection to be shipped outside of the U.S. & Canada will be cancelled and refunded.
International Shipping Regions and Rates
We offer international shipping to all countries, with the exception of those countries or regions with which shipping is legally prohibited.

Canada: Flat shipping rate of CAD $29.99. Free shipping for orders over CAD $145.

Other International Addresses: Flat shipping rate of $24.99. Free shipping for orders over $300.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days of receipt. We do not ship out orders over the weekend or holidays. This lead time might be longer during busier periods of the year.
Most International orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. Customs clearance & processing might cause delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices include applicable customs duties, taxes, and broker fees.

At checkout, customers will see a breakdown of their total including all fees. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to Nemat International, Inc. due to the customer's fault (e.g., incorrect address provided, failure to pick up the package from a local collection point, etc.), the refund will be processed minus the outbound and return shipping charges.
