RETURNS
Before sending back any item, please email us at info@nematperfumes.com to let us know. This helps us process your return faster and avoid any delays.
If you wish to exchange or return items from your order, we are happy to either replace the item with another from the same collection or refund your credit card. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the confirmed delivery date per carrier tracking.
Fragrance samples are not eligible for returns.
Please note: All returns must be shipped out via USPS, UPS or FedEx by ground shipping only
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within two business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
EXCHANGE (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nematperfumes.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
